Digitisating PDF Engagement Forms Letter of Testimonial for The ViZion Communications Group Pty (ltd)
To whom it may concern,
On the 23rd March 2020, a national lockdown was announced, starting from the 27 March 2020. The first local death from the disease was reported on 27 March 2020. The year 2020 marked a tumulus and disruptive period with the advent of the Covid 19 academic. With lockdown restrictions being put in place, the entire nation was subjugated to working from home with limited if not any movement.
This expedited PPS’s necessity to convert manual paper based forms being filled to digitizing them to electronic data capturing forms. We debriefed The ViZion Communications Group Pty (Ltd) to convert 7 forms with 26 pages which they meticulously completed within 24 hours.
With the global government action of Lockdown restrictions being applied, we debriefed The ViZion Communications Group Pty (ltd) team on the 21st April to convert 50 forms with 229 complex pages.
Mr Victor Zikalala and The ViZion Communications Group Pty (ltd) team came to the call as they expeditiously converted 57 forms with an average 2-15 pages with complex fields to data input forms. The ViZion Communications Group Pty (ltd) team worked fluidly with our PPS Divisional team members as they meticulously converted the complex form fields into data inputs for excel spreadsheet report conversion over 4 weeks up until 07th May 2021.
They then provided us with their extensive digital form conversion services from June-November 2023.
