Victor showed a keen interest in my proposals in regard to land rent collection and tax reform being a vital element in the move away from Apartheid era towards economic growth and prosperity.
In addition, in the national interest, he assisted in the setting up of a Facebook page for the digital communication of Our Land, Our Rent, Or Jobs, a book by myself and Michael Jacques published in 2014.
